December 2007Three years ago today, we first met Rimma and Lizzie! It was a special day for me and Heidi. I still like to go back and read our blog on that day. At the time, the girls didn't know that they had stolen our hearts! They do now! Rimma beamed all day. She was so happy and wanted to share it with everyone, so she went on Facebook and posted about it. We all agree, it changed our lives forever...and for the better!
If I did my math correctly, it's only 7 more weeks until we go to adopt Lizzie!

Wow - the girls have changed so much in three years! Aren't you so glad you stayed the course and fought so hard for them? Most people aren't willing to work that hard for anything. We pray God continues to bless you, and we are so excited for you that Lizzie will be home soon!
Glad you are close to having them both home forever.
