A Miracle has happened!

Zina has been registered!

We awoke this morning to the miraculous news and we have been doing the happy dance ever since. I don't think that we will ever stop! Thank you God for hearing our prayers! Thank you everyone for the same prayers!

We are proceeding at God's speed to bring Rimma home soon and we will return in the Fall of 2010 to bring home Zina. Only then will our little-big family be complete.

A song from our worship team keeps playing over in my head, "Oh, Happy Day..."

Hallelujah! I saw the post title and immediately thought this would be the news. Goes to show that when we pray in faith and expectancy, God always comes through! Be it SOON that your family is all under one roof together! Blessings!

I only just found your blog this weekend and I have spent my free time over the last few days reading it from the very first post all the way though. I don't know you and I've only just learned your family's story, but I have to tell you that you all pulled on my heart and I was just so happy to finally make it to your most recent post and learn that Zina has been registered(!!) that I had to leave a comment. What was days for me to read about in blog land has been years for you all to love through, God Bless you all! I will keep you all in my prayers!

What an awesome answer to prayer! I am rejoicing with you guys! That is such encouraging news as I'm praying for a dear friend who is in a similar situation with "her boys" in Ukraine. God is able! Will continue to pray for you this next year that everything will come together quickly and smoothly as you work to bring R and Z home.
God Bless!

To all of our friends & followers that we consider our extended family, Thank you for the outpouring of support and prayers. On more than one occasion you have made this tough guy tear up! We have received blog comments, phone calls & e-mails all day with words of kindness. True, for us it is like a big weight has been lifted from our shoulders and for the first time, we have a totaly new feeling of hope. Imagine how Zina feels! And yes, we told her, she's ecstaticly happy! Now it is not a question of if, but when our girl will come home.

And thank you too, Cassc! I know the joy of finding a new blog or story and reading it from beginning to end. Yes, it has been a long tough road that you have only read in a few days, but we are happy to count you as a friend of ours and R & Z's! Now the hard part is that you have to follow us live, but it will be fun and in the end, you too can share in the joy of R & Z's homecomings. Welcome to the family!
