Day 26 - Cleared!

At 9:30 am (12:30 MST), our facilitator called with the good news! We have our Interpol clearance and the SDA has sent our consent for court form. We are moving ahead! Court is next.

Thank you all for the prayers and support! Last night I felt a peace that I haven't felt in awhile. I had a feeling that the clearance was on it's way, perhaps at the end of the week, but it was coming! Praise God! Now on to the next "unforeseen obstacle", as my friend Jim Volf said.

Hey Felix,

I'm glad to hear things are moving. I've been following your adventure on the blog. I'm going to call Heidi today and see about visiting your family on Friday. Hannah and I are headed up to Greeley for the weekend so maybe we can get together.

Congratulations! One more hurdle down! May the peace that you felt continue for the rest of the trip! We love reading about the lack of showers (Heidi may be glad she is not there after reading that one) and the defense of "chick films"! Be careful or Matt will be getting you a Footie Hoodie for Valentines! The pictures of the girls are wonderful.

May you wake to a hot shower in the morning, The Barretts

Trying to keep up with your posts, putting in 13-15 hour days between work and officiating high school and college ball almost every night-it's seriously killing me; my knees are shot! I'd either be blowing the whistle on the court or blowing one here at home!! Great news on the progress. By the way; is your "man-card" the titanium addition or pink, edible one? Later...

I knew Matt was going to go after that Chick-Flick blog! I just knew it!

May you, and the girls, have a wonderful Valentine's Day - even though you are far from home! Next year Rimma and hopefully Lizzie will be home celebrating with hearts and flowers!
